MOYENS!
This variety is my favorite and connects me to my Russian/European roots. Moyen is also known as Klien in Germany or Medium in other countries. The moyen appeal is the look of a Standard Poodle but in a much smaller, easier-to-manage size. Purebred moynes are considered Small Poodles, like Toy and Miniature, just taller. They don't have any Standard Poodle bloodlines in them which keeps their height consistently at 15" to 18" tall, and 20 to 30lbs.
My moyens are imports, have imported parents or imported heritage. I do not breed standard poodles and miniatures together as it is popular in the USA to produce this size.
FCI partner kennel clubs recognize Moyen as a poodle variety in 98 countries.
AKC considers all Poodles as ONE breed, divided into varieties for show purposes only, and registers Moyens as Poodles.

Solei is a poodle with a sunny disposition and a gentle soul. She is tall, refined, and elegant in her structure. She has a well-chiseled face with soulful almond eyes. She is very balanced with a level top line and carries her head high and with dignity on a strong and long neck. When she effortlessly floats across the yard, I am amazed at the grace of her flawless movement of royalty. I pinch myself and call her “Princess Buttercup” to tease her.
