We love our 2 Moonrise girls! We have 2 of the Trinket/Nico babies and they are sweet, playful, loving and very smart. Ivy and Poppy are very busy, and entertain our household with their antics daily! The care that Leksa puts into her breeding program is obvious in each of her puppies.

Justice is the son of Starz and Gatsby of Moonrise Poodles. He’s a beautiful Moyen. He’s smart and funny and he listens well. The biggest thing about him is his heart!  He’s such a cuddly love bug. He came in to our family and stole our hearts.
In the pictures, you can see he fits right in with my standard poodle. They play all the time. He is great with kids. The boy in the picture is just someone we met on the beach. He *loves* the beach and the water.
His prance!  Oh my, he has a show dog prance that looks like he’s gliding on air.  He catches everyone’s attention.
We are just so grateful to have him in our lives.

Honestly,  we could not have asked for a better breeder and mentor when it comes to poodles. We own three from Moonrise Poodles and they are all amazing. I came to Aleksandra as a new competitive groomer who needed a partner and she didn't disappoint! The hair on the dogs and structure are quite lovely . I have 2 small daughters and frequently have other clients dogs in and out of the house and there is literally nothing like the temperament on these dogs. Thank you for trusting our family with Little Buddy, Chopper and Bell.

I absolutely love Moonrise Poodle’s puppies. I brought home my sweet boy a few weeks ago, and he has been a dream! He was litterbox trained when I brought him home, and has transitioned to outside potty very well.
He is very outgoing, happy, doesn’t meet a stranger, and a love bug. He is training nicely. I love his color of a black seal. It’s very faint, but in the sunshine you can see a beautiful red hint to his hair. He does well on the grooming table too. Especially for a ten week old puppy.
We already have an amazing bond. As he grows, we will continue his training to become a service dog. I look forward to many happy years with Eagon!!

I can thoroughly recommend Moonrise Poodles. The breeder is helpful, honest, and informative; she really has the best interests of her dogs at heart and is also great at ensuring a good fit between dog and owner. Her dogs are affectionate, cute, and well-adjusted. Five stars!

We went on a Moose hunt, and I came home with a gem (yes, we are keeping his name). Although we live in NC, we are in Florida right now, so pick up required first night with us in a hotel, followed by a loooong ride in the crate. Not bragging or anything, but Moonrise entrusted us with the perfect pup!! (I know, teenage years are ahead!) Not only is he just a handsome dog, but his 36-hours-with-us personality is simply amazing! More stories to come!

When we first discovered Moonrise poodles, I was advised that a poodle would be very different than our previous labs. TRUTH! But, we couldn’t be more in love with the Moose! He keeps us on our toes, then becomes an absolute love bug.

Moonrise Poodles are the best breeders we have ever dealt with. The owner is lovely to work with and extremely knowledgeable. We got our first poodle in 2019 from them, and they were very thorough in making sure we were equipped to deal with a puppy. Since they do not dock their tails or remove dewclaws, the puppies are not subject to unnecessary medical procedures which is huge in our book.

When we bought our first house and got settled in, we again went to Moonrise Poodles to find our next fur baby. We were able to meet the available Poodles and have our current poodle come with us to make sure he wouldn't be stressed or bothered. As I write this review, each of our great Moonrise babies are sleeping next to me on the couch.

When we inevitably look at getting another poodle, Moonrise will be the first and only place we will go!

From airplane rides, to vet visits, to the groomer, Sebastian has been an absolute delight. I’ve only had him since June but he’s been such a joy.

I bought my first Moyen Poodle after months of research and my experience with Moon Rise was perfection. My dog has an amazing temperament, he was a breeze to train, he is the perfect size, and I get tons of compliments on his coat. Besides my dog being amazing the other stand out feature of purchasing from Moon Rise was that we got access to online training. It was broken down by weeks and there were tons of check lists. I love the health screening checks and the temperament testing. I would purchase from here again in the future.

Little Belle, such a happy and well-adjusted puppy!  Love her enthusiasm and energy, wish we could bottle it!

We recently got our second Moonrise poodle. Both dogs have been extraordinary.
Healthy, happy, beautiful. Our 5-year-old has never had a vet expense besides spay and checkups. Lexa is a conscientious breeder who cares for her dogs and puppies.

I got my mini poodle from Moonrise. Alexa was amazing to work with, I had a want for an agility dog.  Alexa did temperament testing sent videos and explained why she felt my dog was the best fit for what I wanted.  My mini is awesome! Strong drive to work, great attention and pretty fearless. Alexa also has continued to be available for questions whenever I have them. Anything from grooming, training etc

I found Moonrise Poodles by chance after searching for someone close to me who seemed reputable and trustworthy. Moonrise is both, and much more: knowledgeable, experienced, ethical, helpful and kind. My Sonny, who is now 8 months old,  is perfectly matched to our family. I love his sweet, happy temperament.
